Good newbie workout - 3 mile walk with Keaira LaShae

I have done every video workout - Jillian Michaels, Bob Harper, Richard Simmons, Insanity... The problem is when I am first getting back into a fitness regimen (it's not my first time on this merry go round) my stamina and strength are so low I get discouraged. Then I found the 3 mile walk with Keaira LaShae.. I found it on youtube. It's 38 minutes long and it is a great workout particularly for someone just starting. There is no rolling around on the floor, no high impact, its just a solid routine that leaves you sweaty and sore - in a good way. I highly reccomend it. Please feel free to send me a FR, I'm always looking for good motivation and support!

I just found her workouts online. I did the one mile video of hers and felt like I needed more (even though it left me sore) so I found the 3 mile video. I love it. I normally do the 30 day shred dvd but I really hate getting on the floor....Love this Keaira LaShae's videos0

I always use walking as my lead in for getting back to exercise. It's much easier to talk my lazy self into "just taking a walk" than an hour of kickboxing. Good luck!0
