Looking For Advice With Macros/Working Out/Body Cleansing

Hi guys!

I have recently joined my gym again (YAY) after moving back from Alberta and all that fun stuff, and I am looking for advice! I am doing 20-30 mins of cardio each time I go, and three times a week I plan on hitting the weight machines (called fitfix) for a total body workout. I am looking to lose another 25 pounds.

I am wondering what my macros should look like for losing fat. I am doing the TDEE method and currently am eating between 1800-2000 cals a day.

My stats: I am 5'8 (ish), 202 lbs and medium framed and hourglass curvy.

I am also wondering if anyone has had any success with juicing?/body cleansing. Any recipes to share?

Please keep in mind that I am on a VERY limited budget as I am job hunting, so cheap alternatives would be best :)
