Want to start running but?

So I realized that bodybuilding Just isn't for me sure I want to build muscle and gain weight I mean I'm an ectomorph but I'm just more into athletics I have chosen I want to do triathlons one day. I don't have a bike and not the best swimmer things I need to practice. But I need to start with running.


But where to start? I shattered my tibia and femur about 5 years ago in a car crash and have two metal rods in ever since than my legs and knee have never been the same. I only shattered in my right leg.


But don't know where to start? I go to the gym but where to start? I still want to lift and run at the same time.

    Still lift. Check out Couch25k and of course talk to your doc before starting the program.
