I have my flex set to sync with myfitnesspal. I wanna start going for walks in the summer and I have a 2 yr old. Like today we went outside and just walked around the block a few times. I carried her half the time. So I'm going to start using her stroller. But with all that my flex won't read some of my activity so I was going to get map my walk. Question is if I sync it will it and the flex (which is already synced) will it double up my data and say I've burned twice what I did? I dont want to cheat myself somehow. But id like to have a general idea of how im doing because i also dont want to eat to few calories for what im doing

No it won't double count. I automatically sync my Fitbit and Runtastic to MFP. MFP will see the time of your walks on MapMyWalk and subtract that from your Fitbit steps. If you manually enter an activity it will do that also as long as you put your start and stop time in.0

Oh also make sure you sync your other apps to MFP and not to each other AND MFP. I've heard you can have some weird problems if you do that.0

Thanks sooo much. I currently only have them synced to mfp, I was about to sync them all tho. Thanks for the heads up0
