How can I get my strength training time to add to my cardio time for total time exercising?

I would like to know that answer as well. I just assumed it was all totaled up just not mentioned in words.0

I usually look up "Strength training (weight lifting, weight training)" and add it to the cardio section. There's another one in there that's WAY too high, but I find that the number this gives is pretty accurate.0
