To tell or not to tell?

Long story short, my husband moved to Washington state in November of last year because of a job and I have stayed behind in Pennsylvania because it's not the right time to go with him (money, custody battle with ex-husband that will happen, middle of the school year for short creature, etc). Since he's been gone (and I'm miss him TERRIBLY) I've lost almost 30lbs. The next time I will see him is in October so I can easily drop another 30-40lbs. He has NO idea. We Skype by phone so it's face only and I've been very mum about it. Should I tell him or surprise him? He truly doesn't care what I look like and actually likes women with a bit of meat on them. He loves me for who I am and he's amazing for it. So, to tell or not to tell?
