I have been working out almost everyday since last July. In March, we've lived in a hotel for about 3 weeks and driven across country for 7 days, meaning I've been eating restaurant food for a month My all day morning sickness along with all this meant not working out. Have I taken too long of a break? Will I be stressing my body out by starting up again?

I'd suggest checking with your doctor first, but i wouldn't see why it would be an issue. I suppose it depends on what exercise you're doing too - like jogging vs kickboxing or something...0

Just listen to your body. Start again, but start slowly. If your body starts yelling at you, there may be a problem. Don't push yourself, be nice to you and your baby0
