    All you need to do is post a picture on a photo hosting site like photobucket. Click on the picture to inlarge it, then right click and copy IRL address. Come back to the thread you want to post in, and type img between two brackets like this [ ]. Paste the IRL address, then type /img between two more brackets [ ]. The img has to be small case. I just learned to do it a couple of weeks ago, and now I post a picture of my supper most every night.

    I use tinypic.com to upload the pic.

    1) Upload the photo at tinypic.com
    2) resize the picture to 320 & copy the IMG code
    3) paste the IMG code onto MFP
    4) after you paste, change the capital IMG on both ends to lowercase img on both ends
