Working together toward a mutual goal...anyone else having problems trying to lose weight & maintain blood sugars?

Yes! Same situation here. Since I have started eating better and not drinking pop, my sugar drops on me. I am having to eat when I'm not even hungry just to keep my levels from dropping. Needless to say, I gained a pound this week. So disappointing but I am going to try to keep with it. Hope you find a solution to the problem, lol. Good Luck!0

I was having the same problem around 11:00 am every day. I was eating Cherrios with blueberries & Fat Free Lactaid Milk. I started eating more protein for breakfast and the drop in blood sugar has stopped, I am not a big meat eater either, but have learned to eat more of it, there are also other foods with protein, broccoli, cheese, milk etc. Hope this helps some. Yes. I am actually making an appointment tomorrow to see my doctor. I'm type 2 and hoping if I lose enough weight I can stop taking the pills. On the fast track.0
