Doctor Who Workout?
I saw this really cool post on pinterest. Its a doctor who workout! I was curious if any of yall have tried it (or just watch Doctor Who) I would like to try it since I've never tried anything like it.
Basically there is a different exercise or stretch for different things that happen in the episodes, and with each episode being about 40 mins. I thought it might be cool to give it a go! If anyone else is interested I can post up a link! or feel free to add me so we can talk about space and time and what not!
