50 pound plan

I'm really new to this and would appreciate any advice any one has to help me with my goal. I am 5'6, 22 years old and need to loose 50 pounds! I'm in day 3 of this strict diet i set up for my self via mashing together a bunch of other diets from random web searches.

Sunday: 1 hour work out - eat 500 cal in 2 meals
Monday: 1 hour work out - eat 1000 cal in 2 meals
Tuesday: eat 500 cal in 2 meals
Wednesday: work out 1 hour - eat 1000 cal in 2 meals
Thursday : Eat 500 cal in 2 meals
Friday: Work out 1 hour : eat 1000 cal in 2 meals
Saturday: work out 1 hour eat 500 cal in 2 meals

I set up every meal and work out as a reoccurring event in my phone calendar to remind me of how many cal's that meal should be.

Every year when i have my check up , my dr gives me the same advice. cut out dinner. Hence why i am only have 2 meals a day.

I dont have any friends who need or want to loose any weight so i welcome any one who would like to add me as a friend so we can motivate each other :)
