camp counselor problems

Any camp counselors out there?
I will be working my first camp this year and I am concerned that camp food will be….lacking anything nutritious. I can have non perishable snacks in my room, and I plan on stocking up on supplements (iron, b12, pro-biotics) to try and help with the lack of nutrient rich foods I normally eat.
Does anyone have any other suggestions of how I can try and stay on track as much as possible? I am there for 12 weeks, so "taking a break and just have fun" isn't an option, 10 weeks is too long to let completely loose.
