Sparkling Water

I want a change from water with lemon or cinnamon sticks so today I went to Wegman's (grocery store) and purchased their brand if sparkling water. Ingredients: carbonated water, natural flavor, 0 calories/fat/sodium/carbs/protein.

I ask if this is ok after reading threads about walmarts brand of "clear American" water as it contains aspartame and about 8 other ingredients... Wegman's lists only the two I listed...

Thoughts?

I'm just making sure this isn't a "not ideal" choice like soda, hence my question.... The flavor is bland but I just need something different than plain water.

Unflavored, aka club soda, usually has an acid taste due to the carbonation process... that's why most of the sparkling water on the shelf is flavored and usually sweetened too. There's not a Wegman's in my neck of the woods but if this is a not-sweetened Mendota Springs / LaCroix type thing I'd be all over it.
