Smoothie diet?

Hello everyone,

One of my goals is to get back into having smoothies again. For a number of reasons, such as to kickstart my energy & metabolism, I would like to follow a smoothie diet for a few days.

Does anyone have a low calorie low fat smoothie menu? I've seen dr.oz's 3 day smoothie detox menu but would love to hear from anyone that has their own daily smoothie menu.
