New here, discrepancies with some food info ?

Hello, i'm new here, i'm 52, currently weigh about 11 stone 10 lbs, lost a stone since january using various methods and being ill has helped! Not that i'd advocate illnesses (virus and shingles) to losing lots of weight, but it has helped and i'm using MFPal to maintain the weight. I was wondering if anyone has noticed some discrepancies with the food, such as low fat butter containing loads of sodium - is this right?
Anyway, I would love to hear from some similar myfitnesspallers xx:smile:
