    You ever considered that it could be muscle ?

    In the past i was super fit and used to exercise lots so i know muscle weights more than fat, so since my muscles are there somewhere and i put on fat i thought i wouldnt increment my weight but i would loose some due to fat.

    I have learnt two things:
    I shall not panic (yet)
    I need to check my diet.

    Working on both. So tracking my calories since yesterday :)
