Hello to everyone,
Im new to the myfitpal club thanks to my friend/beautician Tia. So far im am liking the fact that i can track my foods that i eat honestly and able to monitor if i decide to eat something extra like sweets. My goal is to stick to the plan that i have for myself and not use diet pills as an aide for weight loss. I welcome support and friendship from all.

so proud of you hun! i think i need to tell everyone what my name is on here! are you going to be able to make the work out groups on sunday! well i will get back on my 5 mile walks 3 days a week! we will succeed! i have some new stuff to post on the the weight droppers page and on here! i stay up on the computer till 3 am everymorning seems like,0
