Need a helping hand getting back on track

Hi everyone,

I actually joined MFP about 18 months ago but didn't really get involved in discussions but I'd like to change that coz I think I need a little encouragement.

I'm 27 and I did lose a lot of weight and got down to 111lb at one point (I'm 5'2" and was 155lb at my heaviest). I have slowly but surely started to gain the weight I'd lost and am now 128lb. It's still not classed as overweight but I'd still like to get back down to about 117-119lb.

My problem is maintaining the weight once I've lost it. I felt I was losing too much and then ended up eating more and putting more on and now I seem to have no motivation to shift it!

I am just really looking for some motivation and help and would love if you could add me for support.
