May be a silly question but tyring to find out what size cup of water MFP is actually recommending for the 8 cups a day. I have been thinking the total is about 2 litres a day but wanted to know if I was right or shuold I be drinking more?

you're right 8 cups is 2 liters, if you can drink more, Do! if you can't, or if it makes you feel sick, don't.0
