Do you put more reliance on the barcode or the label on the package?

    Shouldn't they match?

Surprisingly sometimes they don't. With some products I'll scan the barcode and something completely different comes up on MFP, so I have to go off of the label. Because of this, I always double check what pops up when I use the barcode scanner.

Crazy! Yeah, in that case I suppose I would go off of the label...

Barcodes get reincarnated to completely different products. Sometimes manufacturers change things (e.g. container size) so the code no longer matches.

    Go with the label.

I love the bar code feature, but when it doesn't match the label, I go with the label.
