What is the best online tdee calculator to use? Im doing strength training (strong lifts)3 times a week and want to make sure that im eating enough.

It's so refreshing to hear "I want to make sure I'm eating enough" instead of "I want to make sure I'm not eating too much." Go you.
I use IIFYM, but some others swear by Scooby. There's about a 50 calorie difference as long as I input my activity level.

Do both, see how the numbers compare, and pick one or the other (or meet in the middle) based on how much you're eating now and how you feel.0 -
I've used several...I prefer iifym for BMR but for the most part all of the TDEE calculators I've used have pretty much been in the neighborhood. They are all estimates, nobody has exactly a TDEE of XXXX calories; you're always going to have to make adjustments as per real world results.
If you're putting in the same information and comparing apples to apples loss rate goals, all of these calculators should be pretty close as they all use the same formulas and rely on the same statistical information. Most variances you see are due to exercise and activity estimates...but again, they're all generally pretty close.0 -
