What potato peeler should I get - digital or analog ?

It depends on how you intend to use it.
For whole potatoes an analog one is fine. save your money.

But if you plan to cut your potatoes into pieces I would recommend a digital one for greater accuracy. Some of them come with an app that you can download - I like to chop mine up and add it to the potatoes.
