Just curious how many of you put a lower weight in your HRM so as to underestimate your calories burned? If so how much? 2lbs or all the way to your goal weight?

I have an HRM so get an accurate amount of calories burned, sometimes I forget to drop it when I lose weight, but I usually do about every 5lbs.

I forgot to recalibrate mine from when I was 10+ lbs lighter I just figured it out after two days and have lost weight... trying to consider whether I should change it to my exact weight or split the difference or ?

You are using it as a tool, why not have an accurate tool so you can get the best picture for your calorie burn
