Question: 30 Day Shred

Is Jillian Michaels' "30 Day Shred" considered Aerobic or Circuit Training or something else? How should I log it in my Exercise Diary??

Seems as though most people log it as Circuit training - I use my HRM, so I created an exercise in my journal specifically for the Shred.0

Circuit training is pretty close to my hrm reading ~ best of luck!0

I actually log it as 'calesthetics, vigorous incl. jumping jacks...' at 20 minutes...
upon further investigation, according to MFP database, if i were to log it at circuit training, it would show the same calories burned.
Unfortunately, my HRM is older than dirt and is probably the only one you could ever get that DOESN'T show calories burned, so it's no help in that area...0 -
