Bad Weekend

So since I have started this journey I have been very strict with myself on the weekdays and will let myself slack JUST A LITTLE BIT on the weekends. Well, this weekend I totally lost control! I drank way too much booze, I ate pizza and a burrito, and chicken wings AND a donut. Plus, my only physical activity was going to the batting cages on Sunday. I'm feeling disappointed in myself, but pretty sure I can get back on track if I just focus and keep my goals in mind I just hope this doesn't happen again. Has this happened to you and if so how do you keep it from happening again. Also please feel free to add me...I need all the support I can get. Thanks :)
