calories in Glutino yankee corn bread mix?

All I can see on the box is the caloric content of the mix itself - which I am not planning to eat right out of the box - honest! How would I figure out how much to allow when I log in what I just ate????

    Does it not show the contents of it prepared?

    If not, then add up everything you added and divide by how many portion sizes.
