Ok, since Ive been on this weight loss journey. I only weigh myself while im at work (no scale at home). I work in the medical field so I wear scrubs basically everyday. This morning I was at a friend house and I decided to weigh myself before getting in the shower. What a difference I seen between being bare and fully clothed. How many of you weigh yourself in fully clothed or bare.

I usually weigh in my undewear and bra/shirt. Whatever I slept in. The big difference you saw can also be becasue all scales will weigh you a little bit differently. it's best to only log from the same scale if possible0

When you weigh yourself at work do you routinely have any sort of breakfast/drink?
Invest in a scale if you want to get an accurate reading.0 -
I weigh the same day, same time every week -- before I shower or eat and naked0

I weigh naked. But I've noticed when I weigh with my clothes on it doesn't make any difference. I must wear really light clothes....0

I weight when I first get up, with no clothes.0

In the nude after lunch but before dinner. I like to weight myself when I am the heaviest during the day.0

this and throughout the day if I feel like it. I like to see patterns and fluctuations.
If I weigh the same for a number of days I record that weight; only the first weight in the am counts for me.
I weigh daily not weekly because what if that day was a bad day and not accurate. I find keeping of track daily weight patterns is more accurate.
However i only recommend it if you don't put too much emphasis on fluctuating weight. Some freak out. Lol0
