Mashed potatoes
Serves 4
2 lb. red potatoes
1/4 c. fat free plain yogurt
1 tsp. garlic salt
3 tbls. non fat milk
1/4 c. reduced fat shredded italian cheese blend.
Quarter the potatoes and boil in salted water until for tender, drain. Mash halfway then add the rest of the ingredients and mash to the consistency you like.
