first week flew by

I tracked religiously all week long so you would think I would see better results. but i have to say that i am glad i found this site. just think where i would be if i hadnt? I have lost a total of 4 pounds since the 10th. I am working out like a fiend so I am sure that I am putting on some muscle. I need to go try on my skinny jeans again to see where I am at because I lost half an inch in my waist also. So just needed some encouragement from all of you that put it on fast b ut it takes for ever to take it off. I havent had my fat checked yet either
