why doesn't High Intensity Interval Training show up in the exercise database? im searching under hitt and then I spell it out ....still nothing ....am I searching wrong?

Because you can do HIIT with anything. HIIT on a treadmill will be different than hill sprints, elliptical, strength training, etc. There isn't one common umbrella exercise for it...0

No you're not. I don't think it's listed there. I usually enter my workouts manually and use the information from my HRM0

I see it when I do a search of "HIIT" (note the two I's, not the two T's you have in your original question).
I love the HIIT workouts, makes me feel like a pro athlete!0 -
can't use heart rate cause that varies during hiit, and I think the best way to do it is by calculating the mets.
