I keep looking at people's food diaries for inspiration (those who have lost a modest amount of weight) and all of them must be far taller than me because they're allowed a lot more food. So seeing if there's anyone out there with a target of 1200-1400 who would like to share diaries etc. I am certainly not perfect. I eat a fair amount of bad food but I finding new ways to balance. Anybody out there? Other friends are welcome too. I am new and have none.

    I do! you can add me. I'm 4'10 and usually eat between 1200-1600 calories a day. and I've been losing regularly the past few weeks. but I also have a fitbit and make sure to burn 3500 calories more than what I eat in a week

    Hi feel free to add me, I'm 4"11. But be warned my last week of food diary is laced with rubbish food due to a wedding and various other celebrations!
