Bloomsday 2014 anyone?

I just signed up my husband, stepdaughter, and myself for the Bloomsday 12k in May. My in-laws all live in Spokane, so we'll all be doing the race together. Anybody else running this year? It's my first year, and my longest race so far. I'm trying not to think about Doomsday Hill! :sad:

    I've lived in Moscow, Idaho since 1994 and still never done Bloomsday. I was thinking about it this year but am supposed to be in Portland until Saturday. Plus our Ren Fair is that weekend.

    Yep, I'll be there. It's our Girl's Weekend, with 6 to 8 women going. We shop and get pedicures on Saturday and the race on Sunday. I missed last year's race, so I'm excited to be going this year.

    Doomsday Hill is a killer. Out of the three years I've ran this race, I've only ran up it once... and it was quite the accomplishment!

    The only issue I have, is the race is always two weeks after we do our yearly half marathon in Utah! :laugh:
