Hello my fellow fitness pals!

Hi!
I am a 22 year old female....my goal is to lose 20-25 pounds by June 2014!!! Started beginning of March and have only lost 4 pounds :( 1 pound short of my monthly goal! And tips for helping my lose weight (particularly my legs and stomach...legs rub against each other and get chaffed when I wear shorts and walk around for a long time....and I want to get some abs!!!)

    Hello. I'm no expert but I ran track for 4 years & the best thing you can do is cardio. Personally running to me is the best exercise, it tones every part of your body especially the legs. & insanity workout is the business. I did that for 2 months straight & saw massive improvement in my performance as a athlete & in my body ????
