Question about diner food

I am trying to figure out the meal I had.

I had an egg white veggie omlette (had tomato, green pepper and onion)

I had 1 1/2 pieces of wheat toast (they put butter on it already but I am trying to get a bit more fat in my diet)

I guess, approx how many egg whites do they use at a diner? I estimated 3 and how much butter? On the database here, it has "pats" and I put two..which came out to be about 75 calories.

Anyway, would 3 egg whites and 2 pats of butter be accurate? Also, I added 1/2 tbsp of oil for the omlette (being cooked on the grill at the diner)

    When I worked at Cracker Barrel (not a diner, but they did make omelettes, etc.) they would put about 4 egg whites into an egg white omelette to equal the size of a regular 3-egg omelette. Also, they used melted butter instead of oil to cook it in. I don't know if that will change anything, but I think that's how most places cook breakfast.
