Hello all of you out there !
I am new to this site, and to exercise in general..... I have not been active for a number of years and it shows.... Started walking last night with a few frinds, we plan to go 3 days a week [loved it and felt great after] I need to lose A LOT - but totally lack motivation...... the new fall line up on TV is soooo good :)
I enjoy walking, just not the planning to go out and do it ???
I played sports in my teens and miss the people and the competition - hope to lose a few adn feel good soon!

    Welcome, I'm new here myself. Have a lot to lose but unable to do much walking...hopefully that will improve soon. The net is my bugbear not the TV, perhaps I should make it pedal powered lol

    Good luck with your journey, I'm sure with the support being shown here it will be a lot easier
