100 calorie workout?

I won't post the link but I found a page on Pinterest claiming the following to be a 100 calorie workout. True or BS?
40 jumping jacks
30 crunches
20 squats
10 pushups
It's a great little workout that gets me feeling good... But I'm not too sure I buy the 100 calorie bit.

I would say bologna to that. I don't think I"d burn anywhere near that many cals for doing just those exercises.0

There cannot be a blanket 100 calorie burn for everyone.
There is no way a 115 pound person is going to burn what a 350 pound person will burn doing the exact things, including those items.0
