To me this seems like fun, but I think this plan is targeting women who won't be able to do these moves effectively or with good form. You'd have to do these slowly and methodically to really benefit from the proper form and not just get a high intensity workout.

I like the moves in general and am curious what other opinions are on it.

Most of SELF's workout plans seem beyond who they target, but that's just my opinion. I do them for fun when I need a change in my routine.
