Back again to finish goal , need help understanding mfp

I used mfp and successfully lost weight. Then stopped tracking when I felt I had gotten better at keeping my eating in check. I hit a stall but have kept it off for two years, now trying to log again and lose last 10 or 15 pounds. So many changes, I don't understand am I supposed to eat only 1200 a day or more than that if I exercise. I exercise 5 times a week, yoga, weight train, cardio and Pilates. I try to be good about logging but I make a lot of meals at home and it is hard to accurately get everything tracked. I have opened my diary but I am still working at keeping better track, especially on weekends. One note the hardest part I am a taster. I will make food for my family and take a bite, for example. I made angel food cake and strawberries with fat free pudding for my kids and hubby. I didn't have a dessert but I munched on a bite or two while making their plates. Lately I have been under my calories once exercise is added in, but since I am nibbler maybe that is okay. Hope this post made sense.
