    The pins in our squat rack can go as low as 2 feet above ground, unless you are even shorter than that...

    And i have almost tripped off a threadmill after i saw someone next to me trip, i laughed and almost tripped myself...

    HYE tried running on threadmill on highest speed for more than 5 minuts

    The squats racks we have, have adjustable pins. They are so far spaced out that the closet pin holes are too high/low. It's dumb. And the only place I've seen such racks.

    I'm 5 feet tall. My legs don't move that fast. Ever.
