    very often, i'll offer to buy them food or whatever....had a man cuss me out once in front of my kids because he didn't want my d*mn food....but i've had them be honest and say hey, i just want a drink....and i've bought 'em a beer. but not handing them cash normally. honesty works.

    Yes. Never drank to the point of drunk but I have pretended to get out of driving. (This way someone else had to stay sober)
