    I made my own of 2 gallons of water a day and did the juice diet from "Fat sick and nearly dead"

    I've given them treats that were leftover. I collected valentines cookies the building left on our desks at work once and gave them to a homeless guy I'd regularly see. He was happy to get a Valentine that year
