    Yes, a few times, I always return it with all items inside, money, credit cards etc... (I would hope the same would happen to me if I lost my wallet or valuables).

    Yes, we have been having droughts the past few summers and that happened where it rained on one end of my deck and not the other, we have a small deck it was crazy.
