    Ugh, multiple times. Full-blown ophidiophobia (snake-a-phobia). I've been so scared by snakes that once I dropped to the ground like a sack of crying potatoes... and another time while rock climbing, I shot straight backward (and then downward) off the cliff. Luckily I was only about 6' from the ground at that point as I wasn't wearing a harness or anything.

    Never the crash itself, but I've seen plenty them being cleaned up. Especially every March during Bike Week, as we're less than an hour north of Daytona.
