    No, not formal training. I've fired 10's of thousands of rounds in my life and learned how to reload my own ammo as a kid. Training wouldn't be a bad idea though, there is always room for improvement :)

    Yes I have, on a bus that was about a 2 hour ride. I had to call someone to come and get me, I was in the middle of nowhere.

    Yes I've done Paleo lots, I actually believe it's a great diet for most people. A lot of the food provides tons of nutrients.

    Yeah. When I was young I traveled and while I've seen a lot of cool stuff, I also been in a lot of scary situations. Road check points gangs set up, being harassed by corrupt law enforcement, negotiations that ended in guns being pulled on us (over the price of a tank of gas of all things...lol) and a few times that I actually thought that it was going to be the end. At the time, I thought it was best not to tell her so she wouldn't be worried about me. Most of my stories have leaked out to her over the last 19 years I've known her, but at least initially I withheld information from her about my trips.

    Yes - a previous SO who turned out to be a pathological liar. Neglected to tell him I was on to him, and usually way ahead of him. He was surprised when I suggested he leave and why.
