    Yes. In my mid 20s I went on like a 1000 calorie diet and often went under (about 6' 3", male)... I did not eat back exercise calories either and went a lot of time in the gym... I lost from about 260-170 but regained pretty fast ... This time, I've lost about 120 lbs but have kept it off doing it more sensibly.

    Never bungee jumped - scared of heights .. South Africa has the worlds heighest Commercial Bungy Site (Bloukrans) so i guess i should be taking advantage of that but alas not!

    Just on your diet - i also did a complete Carb off diet when i was finishing up with school, lost alot of weight quick with not nearly the amount of excercise im getting in now but yeah, after a year started gaining all the weight back and then some ... so like you this time round, we going slow + steady and for the long run ... guess we get older and wiser!
