1200 calories in food, and 670 calories burnt from cardio.

I've started eating more food than I usually do, and working out about an hour a day. I was wondering if what I'm doing is healthy, it has, at least, been working for me when it comes to losing weight. I take a multivitamin pill, and I eat just about everything (proteins, sugars, carbs, healthy fat). I usually eat about 1200 calories a day (200 calories during breakfast, 300 during lunch, and 400 at dinner, the rest is on snacks throughout the day). I burn 670 calories daily by walking on a treadmill (3.5mph) but with variations in incline % from 4% to 9%. What do you guys think about what I'm doing? Is it okay? Any suggestions? Thank you.

Just replying so I can see the answers. MyFitnessPro recommended 1200 calories for me. Let's say I eat 1200 calories worth of food. Let's say I burn 500 in calories. I am not sure I really do with an hour on my bike, but let's say I do. So would that mean I only consumed 700 calories? That's not what I want to do; my goal is to stay at 1200 calories.
So the way I understand it, if I want to stay at my 1200 calorie per day goal, would I have to eat 1700 calories, if I burn 500 during exercise?0 -
I would view 1200 as a floor. I wouldn't go any lower for sure. What does MFP recommend for your daily goals? Is it 1200? If I was you, I would eat back at least a third of my exercise calories, just to make sure you are getting enough nutrients for the workouts you are doing. That would be around 1420. But if you have been doing this for a while, you will know better than anyone else how it's working. Your body will let you know what it needs.0
