sore traps after, or is it just me?
Probably shrugging during your jump rope. Sounds like you're keeping your upper body tight. Whatever kind of skipping your doing, single jumps, alternates, double unders, or whatever, try and stay relax, only your wrist should be doing most of the work, elbow and shoulders relaxed.
Jump rope is not only a great conditioning tool, but also a skill, just keep practicing.0 -
