"A New Me" Group's October Fitness Challenge

For the month of October, our fitness challenge is to work out at least 22 days.
This challenge is open to anyone who wants to join. We just keep a running tally of the month's workouts. For example, the first person who reports their workout will post this:
Friday, October 1
[Person's name here] - 1
The next person will copy the post, add their name to the list, and so on. When you do your next workout for the month, just copy the most recent post (so nobody's numbers get lost) and update your number.

i am in as usual. Thanks Jill for this group. When I started many months ago my personal goal was 3 times per week. Now I do much more. Exercise is part of my life now. I bike to work, I can run a 5 k, I enjoy yoga, swimming and go to the more intense aerobic programs where I am pushed much harder. I enjoy exercise, and a variety of exercise makes it more fun.
I am in touch with my health better because of the exercise and eat very healthy making sure I eat what I need to stay active.
I can keep up to my teen age children now , lots more energy than I have had in years.
