30 Days - Yoga Challenge?

I'm 19 years old, female. (H-165cm/W-51kg). I workout four times a week (30 mins/ Elliptical trainer). I want to tone up my body and I'm thinking about starting this yoga challenge - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_wJtQjQ4HI8

Has anyone tried it? Do you have any idea how many calories this burns? Because I'm on maintaince and I need to eat back all of my exercise calories.
