Any P90Xers want to critique my diet?

I've been trying to follow the 50% protein/30%carbs/20% fat rule for the first phase. I am female, 5'1" and 104lbs at last weigh in. I have been following pretty closely, but now I'm a little freaked I am taking in too much protein. According to the ratio, for 1200 calories I need 150 grams. Today I had 167 by accident. Is this crazy for someone my size? I have been staying right around 1200 cals, so hopefully I won't gain weight? I haven't accounted for additional calories from the workouts except for Tuesday when I guessed. I started the work-outs Monday, so please only look at my diet since then. Thanks in advance:)

I haven't looked at your info but I am often way over my protein for the day (I use protein powder in my smoothies) and I don't see it as a problem.

I think you could use some more fibre in your diet, but you are obviously doing well as it sounds like you are in great shape never the less.

Thanks for the comments. Its just that I see male body-builder types talking about taking in this much protein so it worries me!
